Run-flat tyres (RFT), also known as “self-supporting run-flat tyres,” are an important safety feature for any vehicle. A Run-flat
tyre is built with a thicker sidewall to help support the tyre shape after losing air. This allows the tyre to continue to run safely,
but at a limited speed and mileage. When normal tyres are punctured, they can instantly lead to a severe sidewall collapse;
in the event of a collapse, the vehicle loses its only support which can cause the vehicle s centre of gravity to change instantaneously. RFT helps to lessen the severity of a flat tyre and allows you to get to the closest destination safely
